How I Work
-
Yes, because my clients come from all over Europe all visits are done virtually. I lately do consultations over Google Meet, you would be sent a link the morning of our appointment.
-
My treatment plan takes into account only people over 18.
-
If the reason of your appointment is connected to your pregnancy or breastfeeding, then yes. If you want to work on a totally separate health issue while also being pregnant or breastfeeding, then preferably no. For any doubts, you can send me an email.
-
If your query is in relation to scheduling an appointment or you are an existing client with a quick question about your protocol which requires a simple yes/no answer, I will try to get back to you within a few days.
Due to the volume of enquiries I receive daily please bear with me as I have only limited email time, so I am unable to respond to frequent or lengthy emails and multiple questions between appointments. In order to best manage my appointments and do the research that each patient requires, I have very strict criteria regarding email communication outside of scheduled appointment times.
-
I am not covered under any insurance carriers, but you may submit my invoices on your own. In Ireland, Irish Life covers nutritional therapy consultations.

You’ll be provided with the necessary health history forms to fill in.
Based on the symptoms and food diary questionnaires, you’ll be asked to undergo a series of blood tests relevant to your clinical case.
Once we have the blood test results, we can book you in for an initial consultation, as personalised as possible right from the start.
